Re-Contracting Process 2013 Instructions - This is a link

Room Sign-up Renewal Forms - These forms are DUE in the University Housing office by 5:00 pm, on Wednesday, April 3rd.
Room Sign-up Night Proxy Form -
If you or your roommate choice(s) will be unable to attend the Room Sign-Up Night that you are assigned to, the individual(s) who are unable to attend will need to designate a proxy (person chosen to represent and make a selection of a room or apartment on your behalf), fill out and sign this form and send it with your proxy.
Financial Commitment Forms - This is a copy of the Financial Commitment that you will be required to sign off on upon the selection of the room or apartment of your choice at Room Sign Up Night. REMEMBER - there is NO FINANCIAL COMMITMENT if you attend Room Sign Up Night and do not select a room or apartment or have one selected for you on your behalf.
To plan for your on campus housing for next year, The links below will open printable copies of a PROPOSED room and board rate sheet for the coming academic year, and cost comparison sheets for on and off campus options. Please keep in mind that cost comparisons for off campus options are estimates ONLY. Your results may vary depending upon eating and entertainment habits, energy costs and roommate conflicts which could lead to loss of roommate revenue.

Cedar
Hall Floorplan - A link to
a floorplan for all three floors in Cedar Hall with directional

room/apartment you might be interested
in is oriented with any un-available apartments blocked off.
Noble
Hall Floorplan - A link to

Ackerman Hall Map - A link to room diagrams of the different room options available in Ackerman Hall. This link will also provide you with a typical floor plan for Ackerman so that you can see where the different room options are located within a typical floor. Residential rooms in Ackerman Hall are located on floors 2, 3 and 4, and in the Taylor Wing (South wing - facing the Grove) of Floor 1.
Wing designations for Ackerman are as follows:
- Arbuthnot: South Wing of Ackerman Hall, faces The Grove. Academic Classrooms and meeting spaces are located here.
- Gilmore: East Wing of Ackerman Hall, faces parking lot H. University Housing offices are located here.
- Taylor: West Wing of Ackerman Hall, faces west towards the Coast Range.
Ackerman Hall Floor Layouts - A link to layouts of each floor with room type (Single, Double and Deluxe Double) and Community Information for each area clearly designated on each floor. Please note: Rooms X'd out on the diagrams will be unavailable as part of the re-contracting process.

Butler Hall Map - A link to a map of Butler Hall in pdf format.
This map will allow you to see where each room is located within the hall, and how it is oriented to the rest of the Residential Complex.
