Knox Street Aparments
The Knox Street Apartments offer accommodations for students who have a spouse or domestic partner or or have dependents, Non-Traditional students, and faculty or staff who are transitioning to WOU.
Each unit within the four four-plexes features two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen with appliances dining room and living room. Occupancy is set at no more than 4 individuals per apartment. The apartments are unfurnished. Rates for the Knox Street Apartments which include utilities, expanded basic cable TV and internet access can be found on our current rate sheet.
Off street parking is available for one vehicle per apartment. A WOU parking permit is required.
A laundry room is located on the premises with coin operated washers and dryers.
