The ASWOU OSERA Liaison is responsible for actively participating with the Oregon Student Association's Oregon Student Equal Rights Alliance board. The OSERA Liaison will be required to work on OSERA priority issues as well as supporting the Board of Directors and the Oregon Students of Color Coalition with their priority issues. The OSERA Liaison will be required to lobby at the Capitol on behalf of all OSA priority issues. This position will be required to work evenings and weekends as needed.

The ASWOU Gender and Sexual Diversity Advocate is responsible for
promoting diversity on campus
and acts as a liaison between ASWOU and all the diverse groups on campus, with
a primary focus on gender and sexual diversity. This position is responsible
for advocating on behalf of Gay Lesbian Bisexual Transsexual Queer (GLBTQ)
students and increasing the awareness of the students on the issues surrounding
pertinent GLBTQ issues. The Gender and Sexual Diversity Advocate is also
responsible for the operation of the Stonewall Center.
