Two lithograph prints are the work of Dame Barbara Hepworth (1903-1975), an internationally renowned English artist who was at the height of her creative activity in the 1950s – 1960s. Most of her reputation rests on her sculpture, described as a sensuous kind of organic abstraction. These prints were purchased in England at the Regatta art show on the Thames in the 1960s, a Royal Charity benefit. They are believed to be two from a suite of six or more created specifically for the show. These prints hung in the reference
