"turned out" - paintings by Tishri Whiteside
Salem artist, Tishri Whiteside, comes from an artistic family and developed her passion for creating art as a student of James Kirk. As a painter for many years, she is focused and humble about her work, stating, I'm always pleasantly surprised when something turns out. Her current collection on display this fall is an array of raw talent and delightful imagery that has turned out.

Todd Hall: Centennial Celebration
The first student dormitory on campus was built in 1912 and later named after Jessica S. Todd, the college's first Dean of Women. Her ghost is rumored to still walk the hallways of the dormitory and nearby Senior Cottage. This fall WOU Archives displays historical artifacts and alumni memories surrounding the 100 years of this grand old building.
