2012 Alumni Award of Excellence Nominees are being accepted now!

Each year the Alumni Association recognizes and honors an ONS/OCE/WOSC/WOU

alumnus or alumna who has made significant contributions to society and whose past accomplishments and career have brought credit to the university.

The measure of a university's distinction and influence is reflected in the achievements of its former students. This award not only honors our former students, it spotlights the accomplishments of WOU and thereby increases the pride in our alma mater by all associated with the university.

Any alumnus, faculty, or staff member may place a name in nomination.

Alumni Association Legacy Scholarship

Do you know a student who would benefit from a scholarship? Applicants must be referred by you, a current member of the WOU Alumni Association.

The Alumni Association Legacy Scholarship is a $1000 scholarship for a current or future WOU student who demonstrates merit. "Merit" includes academic achievement and/or participation in extracurricular activities. For more information, download the Legacy Scholarship application.
