Video & Animation(Time-Based Media) Students create digital video and animation projects using a variety of technologies, with emphasis on conceptual development, design processes, and experimentation. In addition to gaining experience with software, participants thoughtfully engage key issues surrounding appropriation practices, narrative modes of communication, and prevailing cultural mythologies. Techniques include storyboarding, non-linear editing, animating typography, digital 3D modeling, and more. Course numbers: A326, A327, A328. |
