To donate by credit card you may call our office ph: (503) 838-8432 or fax (503) 838-8651 your information into us.

 

If you fax us the information, we will need the following:

  • Type of Card
  • Name on Card
  • Number on card + 3 digit security from back of card
  • Expiration Date
  • Amount of donation
