Non-Degree Enrollment for International StudentsA non-admitted international student (non-degree seeking student) at Western Oregon University (WOU) is a student who meets one of the following criteria:
A non-admitted international student is required to abide by all the rules and regulations of the University as listed in the catalog.
Non-Degree international students are not formally admitted to the University, but may enroll in as many as 8 credits in Fall, Winter, and Spring, and up to 18 credits in Summer. Certain courses that require a prerequisite or formal University admission are not available to non-degree students.
